The graceful while substantial form of these chairs is exemplary of 1950s Scandinavian Modernist Design. The chairs have been creatively reinterpreted (probably by a designer in the 1970s) with the application of white lacquer and preppy gingham resulting in a Jonathan Adler or Kelly Wearstler effect.

Condition: Great, one small chip of white paint is missing on arm of chair. An easy retouch. Sold as a pair.
